MEET Nicole M. Torchio, Esq.

Attorney

Attorney Nicole M. Torchio graduated magna cum laude from The University of Pittsburgh in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Political Science. In 2021, Nicole obtained her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law and become a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in October of that same year.

While attending Duquesne University School of Law, Nicole was awarded with The Fritz Endowed Scholarship as well as the Lally-Green Endowed Scholarship in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Nicole also gained invaluable experience while interning at The Heritage Foundation (2017), Edgar Snyder & Associates (2017-2018), and the Office of Governor Brian P. Kemp (2019).

Nicole has been a significant member of the J.P. Ward & Associates team since January of 2020. As a law clerk, she acquired considerable experience while supporting our Debt Defense practice as well as becoming well-versed in areas of consumer protection law such as debt litigation, the Appeals process, credit reporting and unfair trade practices. 

A frequent volunteer at CARES Cedar Valley Animal Rescue, Nicole also enjoys fine cuisine, winetasting, Pitt Football, traveling, touring craft breweries, and having fun with family and friends.
